Hi, I had an issue and can't figure it out why. I bought my zephyrus g16 two months ago. First I play Alan Waken 1 and there was no problem. Then I download Red Dead Redemption 2 and when I started playing it, gpu temperature became 80 C and gives 70 fps. That is OK I guess. But, like, 30 minutes later it freezes, I couldn't click anything or I couldn't access the desktop. Then it resets itself. This happened 3 times. I download PUBG and it freezes like 5 minutes after I opened the game. Sometimes I can play for an hour sometimes for 5 minutes and it freezes and resets. Meanwhile I tried Ultimate GPU mode on Armoury Crate / I set the fan mode to Turbo / I manually changed the GPU to RTX 4050 / I checked up the drivers (and they are up-to-date) / I consulted asus online support, they recommended me to reinstall windows 11 (it dosn't make sense, I installed win 11 and I downloeded the drivers with ethernet cable, intalled them and reset my pc after every installation. I followed the manual litteraly.)
Do you have any suggestions? Is the problem with me, or should I send the computer in for warranty service?

Hi @derinsuemre ,
You mentioned that all drivers have been updated to the latest version. I would like to confirm whether you have tested with the ASUS-validated NVIDIA display driver version V31.0.15.3168 to see if it improves the issue. Also, how are the CPU and GPU temperatures performing during gameplay? Thank you.

Thanks for responding,
Yes, I have NVIDIA display driver version V31.0.15.3168. While playing the game, the GPU temperature is around 80 degrees Celsius, but at some point it goes up to 90 degrees Celsius and freezes. I don't know the CPU temperature.

Hi @derinsuemre ,
I would like to confirm whether the issue occurs only during gaming or if it also happens with other multimedia software. Additionally, are you connected to an Ethernet network or using a hub/dock? Thank you.

It happens only when I playing games, not with multimadia software. I am connect to ethernet network via wifi. NOTE: I accidentally clicked the as solution button
