WHEA 17 Warnings still not fixed on Asus TUF FA507NV

I am posting on the forums again because my previous post was locked for some reason.

After months of going back and forth with Asus support team, I am yet waiting for a fix for the WHEA 17 warnings which currently has more than 10,000+ logs in the event viewer. Asus support confirmed that the issue is with Nvidia back in September and promised a BIOS fix however the latest version 312 did not resolve the issue. After several emails, they now confirmed the issue is with the Nvidia drivers which they said there is no date on when a fix for that will be released.

I have initially had opened a ticket in July 2023, and now its 2024 and Asus has no fix for the warnings.

I kindly request an Asus representative in the forums to get involved as this issue has been happening on all models that have a 7735HS processor with RTX 40 series graphic card.

The service request no. is E23050038237-0027

Addiing to my old post, I would like to mention that Alan Wake 2 generates WHEA 17 almost every second while playing which is unacceptable.

FYI I am currently running the latest Asus Nvidia drivers V31.0.15.4624 and all the latest drivers provided in the FA507NV support page
