Warranty rejection for broken OLED on GX650RX gaming notebook

I sent my computer for warranty repair to get CID messages staying no coverage. The computer does not leave my desk, the OLED bursted and now you guys are charging 600 euros for the repair...how can I reach out to ask how this analysis was done to reach this conclusion?
