USB-C Power & SSD Power Stays On When Switched Off

Asus Rog Strix G614JV Laptop.Drive activity indicator doesn't turns off when i switch off my computer. Normally when i switch off the computer it turns off as it is but after bios V331 update , when i switch off my computer it remains on with battery indicator , they both stays solid white. when i unplug the A/C and unplug all USB's it switches off.  Also SSD get warms. I did all Power settings . ERP Enabled. Also when i switch off my PC. If i dont unplug my USB-C's it remain switch on even at the battery.

Since this issue occurred after updating the BIOS, we recommend restoring the BIOS to its default settings and then checking again.
How to Restore BIOS Settings
If the problem persists, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center for further confirmation.

i already reset bios settings. It doesnt work. I need to downgrade my bios. Is it possible ?
