Dear ASUS Team,
On March 2nd, 2025, my ASUS ROG Zephyrus S17 GX701 (GX701LWS) suddenly shut down and refused to charge or power on. I tried a new charger, but nothing worked—my laptop was completely dead.
The next day, I took it to an ASUS Service Center, where they demanded 50,000 INR for a full motherboard replacement—an amount I simply cannot afford. With no other options, I took my laptop back, only to return later in hopes of a different solution. This time, the staff coldly informed me that the motherboard wasn’t even in stock.
Desperate, I emailed reachus@asus.com for assistance, but 20 days have passed with no response. My work has ground to a halt—I feel helpless, abandoned, and heartbroken by the lack of support from a brand I once trusted.
I am begging you—please help me resolve this. Below are my laptop details:

Yes, I did reach out to the local customer service and the ASUS Service Center, but they told me they don’t have the motherboard. They said it can only be fixed in the US. I even begged them to ship the motherboard, offering to pay for it myself, but they refused. They said ASUS India doesn’t have the board and that it’s not an international model.
I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve been running from one well-known service center to another, but they all say the same thing—the board needs to be replaced, and it’s just not available.
This was my first laptop—the one I bought with my hard-earned money. It means everything to me. For over a month now, I’ve been carrying it around, desperately trying to find a solution, but nothing… I feel so helpless
