Unstable operation of the laptop g834gz when connected to the socket

I have long been experiencing problems with crashes of both resource-intensive games and some simple applications. I have tested the laptop components many times, but have not found anything, everything works properly. There are already quite a few such games, although this problem is probably not the root of all of them. But they all run stably on a much weaker Lenovo Legion GO system, without causing a "Fatal error".

As I wrote earlier, I have been trying for a long time to identify at least some kind of dependency, I have been trying for a long time to fix games with crashes, but I only came across a clue today. I can easily simulate a crash scenario using the Xbox application as an example (it crashes quite quickly and often after launch) and the Silent Hill 2 (2024) game, which also takes a few minutes to crash. So, both work stably when the laptop is running on battery power, but crash when running from an electrical outlet. I tried connecting a low-power battery from the box and changed outlets, but the result is the same. Armory profiles do not affect the result, game settings do not affect (using SH2 as an example), there is no problem with lack of resources. When running on battery, Nvidia graphics were used, not the integrated Intel graphics. What could be the reason and how to fix it?

@PoBeliTelb_Myx
May I ask if the BIOS version, system version, and OS build of your laptop are all updated to the latest versions?

Additionally, please confirm whether the graphics driver you are using is provided by us or by the graphics card manufacturer.

If it is from the graphics card manufacturer, please uninstall it and then install the driver provided by us to check again.

Thank you.

The problem is quite old, as I wrote. The drivers have changed many times, I tried the recommended Asus and all those provided by Nvidia. Windows was also reinstalled several times. Now all the latest updates are installed.
