Unable to install Armoury Crate

Yesterday I bought a brand new Asus Tuf F15 FX516P from a friend of my dad. I've been trying to install Armoury Crate using the installer from website and failed, then I downloaded the whole package that was around 3.4GB, selected the system and it became stuck on "unzipping files" for 2 hours. I tried to run WIndows Update and failed again, Windows Update service is turned off and I'm unable to start it from Services or CMD.

What should I do now? Thanks for your answers

Due to Armoury Crate being preloaded in the system upon factory installation, may I inquire did you encountered this issue after reinstalling the operating system? Have you tried resetting the system again for testing purposes? Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.

I checked the packaging and it says it came without an OS, my dad's friend made a fresh Windows 11 installation and nothing else. I may try resetting OS later today, any other recommendations?

Turns out it was because of Windows Update, I messed up with permissions of wuaserv and UsoSvc in Registry and changed Start value to 2. Now everything's working as it should. Thanks!
