Turn off the slash lighting when the device is plugged into AC power during sleep mode

I have a Zephyrus g16(2024) and the slash lighting stays on in sleep mode when plugged in which is a bit distracting. Is there a way to turn it off when its in sleep mode without using GHelper?

Hi @nesdai ,

Please disable the sleep animation pattern in Armoury Crate and see if it helps. Thank you.

Hey Anbby,

I tried disabling the show sleep animation pattern, but when I put my laptop to sleep, instead of showing the breathing sleep animation, it continues to display my regular animation pattern and stays on.

Thank you for your feedback. After confirmation, it is set by default that the slash light will not turn off when the device is connected to power. If you wish to turn off the slash light in sleep mode, we recommend disabling the stay activated On battery power in Armoury Crate  and then removing the power source.
We have forwarded your suggestion to the relevant department for further evaluation. Thank you for your understanding.
