TUF F15 FX507VI does not tun on

Hello.

My brand new FX507VI does not turn on unless the power brick is connected. Battery is definitely charged at 80%.I have the latest BIOS v327 installed. 

Any ideas?

Please try removing all external devices and the power adapter while the laptop is powered off. Then, press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset, and test if the laptop can start up normally.

If the issue persists and since you mentioned the product is brand new, we are unsure if you have just purchased it. If the product is still within the return period, please contact the retailer for further assistance to ensure your rights. If the return period has passed, please take the laptop to your local service center for further inspection to determine the actual problem. Thank you.

Hi.
All devices were removed from the laptop. Still not powering on.
Culprit was actually the ECO setting (dGPU disabled). If it is on when you shut down the laptop, then it wont power back on unless you plug in the power brick. Fixed it with a workaround in ghelper.

Thank you for your feedback. 
I would like to confirm with you if the laptop cannot be powered on in battery mode after enabling ECO mode in Armoury Crate and shutting down. Could you please provide a video to help us further verify this situation? Thank you.

Hi @Anbby_ROG 

I removed AC from the laptop and since it is working fine with ghelper I'm not really keen to reinstall AC right now. 
If i decide to do a reinstall and the bug is still there, I will get in touch.
