Tubro causing stuttering on G513QM

Hi 

I have as ASUS ROG Strix, with RTX3060.

I got my Laptop back from the Service Centre last week.   While the freezing and screen locking has been resolved I noticed that Turbo now causes issues in games.

I have particularly noticed this playing Darktide, previously I noticed a slight performance improvement when Turbo was engaged.   

Now when Turbo is engaged there is a noticeable drop in performance particular micro stutters and a laggy feel.

Could this be a software issue or is this another RMA?

Could you please confirm if your BIOS (V331) and NVIDIA Graphic Driver (V31.0.15.3645) have been updated to the latest versions? 
Have you experienced performance degradation or lag issues in other games as well? Have you tried testing in different modes? If possible, could you kindly shoot a video for us to further evaluate the performance of Turbo Mode during gaming? We greatly appreciate your cooperation. 

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
