My Windows 11 update stopped working in tablet mode, as well as stopped rotating the screen and the Touch Screen stopped working, tablet mode also disappeared from the settings. [as if it were no longer a tablet notebook]
Model Rog Flow X13. GV301RE.
I checked the Device Manager, and there is an error with an AMD I2C drive.
This device cannot be started. (Code 10)
A request for the HID descriptor failed.
The tablet function no longer appears in the control panel.
The screen rotation function still appears, but obvious attempts to enable and disable it do not solve it:
IMPORTANT POINTS:
I could not find the AMD I2C DRIVE for download.
I checked in the device manager, that there are two AMD I2C drives.
The first one controls the touchpad, because I disabled and enabled it, and the one that disables is the touchpad.
The second one is the one that has the problem, and I've already tried to uninstall, install, update, but the error REMAINS.
Class GUID: {745a17a0-74d3-11d0-b6fe-00a0c90f57da}
Files and values in the Registry Editor, inside the {745a17a0-74d3-11d0-b6fe-00a0c90f57da} folder are the following:
ANOTHER IMPORTANT POINT:
I checked on the ASUS website - Link [ ROG Flow X13 (2022) | Gaming Laptops|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global ], a Firmware update from the year 2023, which would be for the touch screen, apparently this already caused a problem in 2023. And now in 2024 it's happening again.
I installed the 2023 Firmware update, but it gave an ERROR, it didn't work.
IN SUMMARY:
Windows updated automatically [while the lid was closed, I don't know if that had any influence], I was using it in closed lid mode connected to a monitor, I turned it off, turned it on, and the Touch Screen stopped working, I went to check if there was something wrong in the device manager, and I found this AMD I2C drive error. I've already searched the entire internet to solve this drive error or solve the Touch Screen problem and NOTHING, no solution.
ATTEMPTS TO SOLVE IT [and they didn't work].
Does anyone know what can be done, how to resolve the AMD I2C Touch Screen driver error? Because they basically killed my notebook, turning an incredible notebook into a normal notebook, with an update.
How could I find this drive? How to resolve this?
I checked with several people with the same problem, with 2-in-1 notebook models, tablet notebooks, the same brand, and different brands.
System information
NOTE: In conversation with Microsoft, it seems that they suspended the update until ASUS resolves the problem, but ASUS has not done anything yet.

Thank you for providing such detailed information. You mentioned that the issue occurred after a Windows 11 update. Have you tried rolling back the update to see if it improves the situation?
Additionally, if you haven’t already, please try uninstalling the problematic driver, shutting down your device, and restarting it. This should prompt the system to automatically reinstall the driver. Could you test this and let us know if it helps?
Lastly, please ensure you are using the ASUS-verified NVIDIA display driver (Version V31.0.15.4680) and AMD display driver (Version V31.0.12028.2002). Thank you!

Yes, I have already done all the procedures on the ASUS support page, including uninstalling the drives. I have also contacted Asus support, but it seems like they are junior interns because they only give obvious procedures that do not solve the problem. I really need the drive to download or update the firmware.

Even though I have already done the factory reset, the error with the AMD I2C driver remains. When I rotate the screen, it does not rotate, and the keyboard does not turn off, and the Touch Screen does not work. It is as if it no longer enters tablet mode.

Not sure if you’ve tried performing an EC reset by removing all external devices and power sources, then pressing and holding the power button for 40 seconds while the laptop is powered off. After that, reconnect the power and test again.
Additionally, does the issue persist when using Safe Mode?
If, in Safe Mode, rotating the screen still does not switch to tablet mode, we recommend sending the laptop to your local service center for a comprehensive hardware diagnostic to identify the issue. Thank you!

The AMD I2C driver error was fixed with this update AMD display driver [Version V31.0.12028.2002 ], but now another driver error has appeared, "Skizze Pen".
The problem with Touch Screen continues, but now the driver error is Skizze Pen, do you know how to fix it?
Skizze Pen
" The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There are no compatible drivers for this device.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver. "
I've already tried updating Windows, but it didn't find the drivers.
How can I fix the problem with this drive now? @Anbby_ROG
I am very, very grateful for your help
