So yesterday I opened up this Notebook Asus Rog Strix G712LV and cleaned it, then I noticed that some thermal pads dried up and I replaced them but didn’t pay attention what thickness they need to be and now the temps are going up CPU up to 83*C and GPU to 73*C and it goes even higher under load -> bottlenecks and games start to drop fps, before this didn’t happen.
So I would need help with the info what thickness of Thermal pads I need and is there a limit of W/mK or can I get the highest ones but of the right thickness?
Thanks for any help in advance!
