got my laptop scar 16 2023 edition, always update the bios still using the latest version

when there a game heavy graphic scene my laptop just shutdown, i bought this laptop in US amazon. im living in japan btw, i already RMA it to asus japan 3 times they havent found any issue on the laptop.

getting annoyed on ASUS ROG scar series

i just got my laptop from 3rd the RMA, they change the mainboard for now everythings fine.

1st and 2nd rma that time it's still warranty covered they didn't find ang issue.. now the 3rd time i rma now it's not covered by the warranty they found out the problem main board problem they want me to pay for the repair  375k yen or 2.6k USD so absurd my laptop is still on Asus Japan right now... I regret buying ASUS ROG so bad won't buy it again
