STUCK ON SLEEP MODE AND BLURRY BEFORE LOGIN SCREEN

Hello,

I recently bought one asus rog strix g17 2023.

My computer started developing two issues that happen quite frequently.

FIRST issue is when I turn my computer on and leave it for a while or when I just close the lid or been away from my computer it enter in sleep/hibernate mode and doesn’t matter what I do, it doesn’t wake up.

I have razer mouse and hyperx keyboard plugged through USB connector but not even main keyboard from laptop would awake. I have tried factory reset. Installing most recent drivers. I have tried mostly everything I could find online but still didn’t not help.

SECOND issue is when I turn my computer ON it get blurry just before my PIN page. After sometime it appears my login page.

Someone has this problem before and got it fixed? I just wanna try as much as I can before send it to warranty. That would take some time to get it sorted!

Additionally, regarding the blurry screen before entering the PIN, could you please confirm if this occurs before or after entering the PIN? Would it be possible for you to record a video for us to further investigate this issue? Thank you.
