Strix Scar 2023 -HDR not working on my user account but is on my partners account.

Hi there,

I would greatly appreciate it if somebody could help me with this strange problem because it has me stumped. 

Two days ago i logged into my Asus Strix Scar 2023 laptop and i noticed the hdr nebula screen was dim. HDR was turned on and either on or off the screen stays the same. I used the windows Netflix app and nothing will display in HDR. 

The laptop model is the G634JY model with an Nvidia 4090 Gpu and Intel  I-13980HK cpu. 

Now what is strange is that when I log into my girfriends account on the same laptop, HDR and Dolby vision are working! I've copied the color profile files from her account account onto mine but nothing! 

Does anybody have any suggestions or can help me out with this because it is driving me crazy?

Confirmed that the G634JY supports Dolby Vision HDR, Dolby Vision HDR can only support the streaming service video is with Dolby Vision HDR.

Thanks for the reponse but that is not what I asked. My issues is that there is no HDR at all on my laptop user account but there is on my partners user account on the same laptop.
