Strix Scar 18 problem with USB C and Thunderbolt

Hello,

i use usb c hub (3.2 ) with my notebook.

One day my mouse and keyboard stop working. My usb c and thunderbolt port on notebook stop working. I try connect two different usb hubs and both do not work (any reaction in win 11), also power indicator on hubs do not light (when i connect both hubs to mobile phone, indicators light on green).

Where can be a problem? USB A ports work normaly.

Please try updating the BIOS to the latest version, and reinstalling the USB Root Hub driver and USB Host Controller driver in Device Manager to see if the issue improves. This information is provided for your reference.
