Hi,
I am experiencing long-lasting problems with my keyboard. Not only the RGB mapping is STILL set wrong in Aura Creator app, therefore the developers are lazy. But lately, I have been experiencing problems with M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 keys. After waking the laptop from sleep, they do not work.
I mean like this is a flagship laptop. For it to have THIS MANY problems since launch and MONTHS being out in the market is just laughable. Either start fricking addressing problems YOU KNOW ABOUT with your products or go away from the market, because you obviously do not belong here. I have had enough of those problems. You have a month's time to make it all work or I will not only give the product back, but watch for a very bad review video on one of the most important channels on YouTube.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I would like to gather more information to clarify the issues you are facing.
Firstly, please uninstall ASUS System Control Interface v3 and reinstall the latest version (V3.1.14.0 released on 2023/06/09).
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Armoury Crate to troubleshoot the issue? You can download it from the following link:

After reinstalling the mentioned software, if the problem still persists, would you be able to provide a screenshot of the Update Center information?
Additionally, to expedite the troubleshooting process, please enable the log recording option and send us a video showing the RGB mapping issue and the non-functioning M1-M5 keys, along with the log files.
