Strix G713QM Keyboard Problems

Hey everyone, I have a Stirx G17 G713QM with the AMD Ryzen 7 5900 , Nvidia RTX 3060 6gb , 32GB DDR4 3200 MHz Ram and  2 Samsung 990 Pro ! TB ssd sticks. I did a window 11 update in August and after my keyboard doesnt work all the time. Some times it lights up and works fine, then if I do a reboot it no longer works at all. Doesnt light up and no keys work at all. I have to use the virtual keyboard to log in. If I let it sit for a day the keyboard will work. It has all the drivers and there are no missing device options. I have completely formated and even tried to put the original ssd back in to try and see if it was the windows update and still the same thing . Does anyone have any clue on what is going on?????? Is my motherboard fried????? Please any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

We recommend first trying to use an external USB keyboard to test if it works properly, in order to determine whether it is a hardware issue. If the external keyboard works normally, it indicates that the laptop’s built-in keyboard may be faulty. In this case, we suggest bringing your laptop to an ASUS service center for inspection.

Yes, a external keyboard does work with no problem.

An external keyboard works fine and has no issues, also when the keyboard goes out on the laptop the RGB lighting on the base of the laptop goes out as well. The mouse pad works and the screen has no issues.

Also when the keyboard shuts off the RGB lighting on the base shut off as well.
