I got the G16 G614JVR for graphics work, but something is going wrong to the point that it's unusable. (I draw in Clip Studio, if that's relevant.)
The program just... shuts down. Sometimes constantly. I'll draw a line, it'll crash, I'll reload the program, draw another line, it'll crash, I'll reload, draw a line, it crashes, etc.
It never used to do this, but now it's happening all the time. And it's not just Clip Studio -- if I'm browsing, my tabs will crash constantly. I only use 3 programs 2 of them are having these problems (the third is a word processor and it would be hard for that to be too much for the G16).
Does anyone know what's going on or how to fix it?

Based on your description, this issue might be related to driver compatibility. We recommend updating your BIOS to the latest version, then using DDU to completely remove the graphics driver before reinstalling the ASUS-certified graphics driver version.
Additionally, have you tried reinstalling the drawing software to test if the issue persists? Thank you!

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll do this over the weekend and see if it helps. I haven't tried reinstalling the art program because my browsers are also having problems, but I'll give that a shot if the BIOS and driver updates don't work.
