Static slash lighting Asus g14

I updated armory crate, and now i see a static function for the slash lightning but it is not working, does anyone know if this is a bug or what is wrong with it?

Is it possible to submit a ticket about this?

I have the same Problem with the Slash Lightning on Static on a G16. Do you already have a solution?

Not yet mate, I’ve been talking to support but they haven’t figured out either so let’s wait I guess, hope they’re working on a fix if you know something let me know

Hi, same issue here, static mode will not work (no light), I'm using model GU605MZ.
