This has happened before and I thought it was an issue with the gpu but after tons of troubleshooting I found that the factory ssd in my asus rog z13 from 2023 is either faulty or failing. I made this post hoping that maybe there is a fix out there because last time this happened it fixed itself out of nowhere and didn't occur again for a while like months.
The issue shows up as the OS freezing on boot occasionally getting into the OS just to freeze there and it'll stay frozen till it eventually BSOD's itself with a driver_power_state_failure then restarts over and over again.
I originally thought it was a issue with the integrated and dedicated graphics on my pc so when it fixed itself and I changed some settings I thought I fixed it but it's happening again and I'm realizing that it's the ssd now it doesn't show up in diskpart using commands on it doesn't work and when trying to reset the OS it doesn't show up in the list of drives so now I'm wondering what do I do now this originally occurred just outside the warranty period for my device and now it's a couple of months out am I going to have to buy a new ssd or is there a software fix?

Have you checked the SSD using MyASUS diagnostics? Additionally, even if your device is out of warranty, the local service center still offers paid inspection services. If you would like to further diagnose the hardware issue, we recommend sending your laptop to the local service center for a thorough check to determine whether the SSD is faulty or if there are other potential issues. Thank you!
