I've a Rog Zephyrus Duo 15 and today one SSD stopped showing which caused my laptop boot into bios mode continuously and I think that my SSD got damaged and I want to replace that. So I'm not sure which SSD should I get now, can I use any brand gen4 SSD or do I have to get the same brand as the other SSD?

The GX550LWS comes with two SSD slots . Each slot supports up to 1TB with M2 2280 P3X4 . Here are the brand models that we have tested for your reference.

Regarding the Fans, due to the product warranty policy, the removal and replacement of the fan must be processed through the repair center to avoid accidental contact with other components during the disassembly process, which could cause malfunctions..
To ensure the stability and reliablity of the product. It is not recommended to disassemble and replace by yourself, as we are not able to provide specifications separately for this reason.

Yes the model is GX550LWS and also I encountered some error with the CPU fan , I think it's not working properly, so could you please suggest some replacements for the fan also..
