The system SKU is blank for my Asus laptop. Is there another way to find the system SKU?

ASUS provides some options to find the SKU number here. I would also add that the MyASUS app can tell you about your system information and the firmware version.

You can also get a good idea from the spec sheet of your laptop model on ASUS's or ROG's website. While the specific configuration number can vary depending on your geographical location, the model family should stay the same. Admittedly you might not find your specific configuration on the international website (for example, the screen and GPU combination might be impossible to find), but it is still worth a shot if the other methods fail.

Hi @Mani_kun ,
May I know the model of your laptop? Normally, this information should not be blank. Could you please share a screenshot of the screen where the system SKU is blank, so we can further investigate your issue? Thank you.

Thank you for providing the information, @QQ02 .

Hello @Anbby_ROG

My laptop model is Asus Vivobook. I've attached a screenshot of the system information screen where the SKU is blank23.jpg

Okay, so you have the X1502ZA. That is the code you would use when checking for support, drivers etc. Most or all of the potential components are listed on ASUS's website here.

For the specific configuration of X1502ZA that can be region-specific, you'd have to check the receipt or the store's website you bought it from. To make it even simpler and clearer, keep in mind that the regional configuration might not contain the options shows on ASUS's website.

Additionally, for the support and drivers for a Vivobook, you'll have to check the ASUS's website linked above, not ROG's website.
