ROG - GL552JX, I have no idea who's the previous owner is. Please Help.
There's a several problems with my Notebook.
Chronology :
Two days ago, I got prompted by WIndows (WIndows 10) to update the system. I update it, waiting. Then restarts my Notebook, after that, it runs normally, no diabolical things happen. But when I left it to drink some water (My Room are clearly safe, no one touched my Notebook) then I comeback again to work, I notice that several keycap's on my keyboard aren't working (why aren't they not working from the time my device just restarted?). I've tried to reinstall all of my keyboard drivers, it didn't work; I tried to update all of my drivers and restart it several times, it still didn't work. Then how unfortunate I am, I notice that my touchpad is also not working properly. First, it can't be turned off by keyboard shortcut (it keeps saying that "Touchpad is disabled" but the touchpad still not disabled); Second, the double finger swipe gesture to scroll function is no longer working (but why I still could use it to tap and swipe normally?).
So, I have enough. And I contacted the official asus site. They gave two option, try to troubleshoot it by myself by following their FAQ article or bring my device to their Service Center. So, here I am trying to troubleshoot, BUT MY DEVICE APPARENTLY HAS ALREADY REGISTERED. So, please help me guys.

I would like to confirm if the keys that are not working are all shortcut keys. Additionally, could you let us know which drivers were included in the reinstallation?
Please try removing all external devices and the power source while the system is off. Then, press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset. After that, reconnect the power and boot up the system to see if the issue improves.
