screen tinted grey/dull randomly when doing homework, looked and tried for solutions didnt work

when I was doing homework, my screen became slightly duller and grayer, "poorly saturated" as @Enderturtle  stated in a previous message, but when I looked there it said it was fixed and when I tried the approved solution it did not wrk and for another solution (rolling back the driver) I couldnt roll it back as far as it said to. to those who have operagx and know how vibrant the colors are, this is what mine looks like 

it looks very dull, ive uninstalled armoury crate, restarted my computer at least 20 times, this occured yesterday at around 9pm and there was nothing that triggered it, it just happened all of a sudden. please help its very annoying.

my computer is the ROG Strix G17 (2023) and i've tried mostly all of the solutions in the previous forum, and installed a new driver and that didnt work already

I would like to confirm whether the iGPU or dGPU was being used when the screen randomly changed. What version of ASUS System Control Interface v3 are you currently using?

Additionally, please try using DDU to remove all graphics drivers, then install the ASUS-validated graphics driver to see if there is any improvement. Thank you!

i am using 3.1.34.0 and installing the ASUS validated graphics driver did not help, even as i restarted my computer and refreshed my screen

Please try updating the ASUS System Control Interface v3 to version V3.1.36.0 to see if the issue improves. 
Based on the screenshots you provided, it’s difficult to see the changes clearly. Could you use an external device (like smartphone) to capture footage of the display when it appears normal and when it is grey/dull? This would help us clarify the situation further. Additionally, have you tested using only the iGPU or dGPU to see if the issue occurs in both modes? Thank you!

updating the control interface did not work, and I cannot use a smartphone to capture a picture of when it is not dull as my screen is constantly dull. nothing that I have done has changed it back in any way shape or form for any amount of time. I haven't tested using only the iGPU or dGPU only, could you explain how to do that to me? thanks

Please try adjusting the GPU mode through Armoury Crate and test if there is any difference in Ultimate and Eco Mode. 

Also, does the screen still show abnormalities in BIOS and Safe Mode? Thank you.
