Screen problem with my new GX650PY

Hi !

So after trying many thing, i have some problem and particulary one that bother me, on armoury crate, GPU mode, we have 4 option, (Ultimate, stadard, eco, optimised) when i use the laptop in standard/eco/optimised, the screen is ok and with standard contrast, but when i use ultimate mode, the screen enter in a weird ultra contrated mode that i'm forced to use HDR in windows to have something more acceptable, its not about the mini led button and not about sreen config, its something else i've tried everything i can't find a solution..

The problem happened in windiws 11, and after trying to install windows 10 its exactly the same problem, everything works like in windows 11, and i also have the problem that the mini led swap button mode sometime become grey (even that i'm not in HDR mode in windows), can someone help me ?

Could you please provide more information for us to further investigate this issue?
Is your NVIDIA Graphic Driver version V31.0.15.2901? If not, would you be able to uninstall the current version and download/install the driver from the ASUS official website for testing purposes?
If the issue persists after reinstalling the driver, would you mind recording a short video to help us better understand the problem you are experiencing?

so i since reinstalling i've only used the driver on asus website, it's V31.0.15.2901 version, i've tried to uninstall, reinstall them i even tried the first drivers that are on asus download product page (31.0.15.2866), issue still there, the issue happen even without drivers, the screen is in a hyper contrasted state, i'm not in HDR mode, and changing mini led in mono zone or multiple zone , changing the screen profile does nothing to this problem.

Hi , i got the same problem recently , i have no idea what triggered it , i keep my laptop fairly UpToDate 
i have a scar 2022 3070ti , bios 324 
i tried downgrading bios and nvidia driver and armoury create , all with no success 
please help us solve this issue , ultimate mode is unusable

Glad to see i'm not the only one that have this problem, so it seems like it comes from something else that the drivers

I didnt have this problem, and i've uninstall amd software since it's useless, i know with this level of hardware some turn arround and thing should be done and some problems are from windows too, but why exactly a victim ?

Asus System Controller Interface is the problem

reverting to an older version fixed it , you must install some version or it will come back here's what i did :

first download an older version of (Asus System Controller Interface) from myasus for me i got 3.1.13

then from task manager - startup apps disable asussmartdisplaycontrol and kill any process running of it (the gift icon)

then go to device manager - system devices -Asus System Controller Interface v3 - right click properties -driver - disable device then uninstall (make sure to check attempt to remove the driver ) refresh by scan for hardware changes you should see an unknown device

then run the setup for the older version and reboot (if you get a message that you have the latest version it means that you didn't uninstall correctly so try again following the steps in the same order i mentioned)

DON'T OPEN MYASUS EVER or it will auto update Asus System Controller Interface and problem will be back so if you need to do any changes in myasus do it before reverting

Hello @majdsardini , thanks for your reply to help, unfortunately didnt worked for me so i've turn back to the last driver

For now i didnt use utlimate mode as a turn arround but it would be good to use it for some uses case so always hope for a solution that work
