Did you mean:

screen is grayish and poorly saturated.

When I use integrated graphics, the screen goes gray. This is a bug that has appeared in the last few days.

I tried opening the intel graphics control center (IGCC) and selecting the default color configuration, and I was able to return to vibrant colors. But it goes gray again when I reboot or reload the screen (win+shift+ctrl+B).

Here are pictures of the comparison of the two colors.

@Enderturtle
This seems to be a regression indeed, reverting the driver to 3.1.27 makes it better. However, the myAsus app insists on updating it, so it will come back.
This helps in pinpointing the source of the problem.

@Anbby_ROG
Do you still need the logs after this new information ?

I hope the fact this got marked solved doesn't mean it won't continue to be looked at/fixed for real without workarounds...

Hi All,

Thank you all for your patience. Regarding this issue, the ASUS System Control Interface v3 version 3.1.31 has been released to address it. Please try updating to this version and test if the issue improves. If you encounter any further problems after the update, please feel free let me know. Thank you.

Hi,

@Anbby_ROG , seems fixed for me.

I don't get any color differences anymore between the Default profile and when I restore colors from the Intel graphics driver panel, and the color doesn't become desaturated when I plug/unplug the laptop either. So it seems fixed.

Also seems to still be OK after a reboot.

Thanks !

Seems to be working fine here as well, thank you very much for getting this resolved quickly!
