My S, Z, X keys are not working on my ASUS TUF Gaming A15 (2020) F506IH laptop. How can I fix this? I have tried reinstalling Windows and updating the BIOS. What could be the solution? Please tell me. I have seen many TUF users with the 2020 model having the same problem. Is it a software problem or hardware issue? Also, if I replace the keyboard, what is the price?

Replace the keyboard. It's a keyboard hardware issue...did it on mine about 2 months ago and it works as it should now.

Hey .... I have the same problem with Asus Tuf F17 706HE, when he goes on 90° S X key doesn't work...The issues comes because it's hot.... After I press Alt-Tab temperature goes 87° it's working again... So on... the problem appear after I upgraded the bios on Version 313... And the biggest problem it's impossible to downgrade.... The laptop is clean and have new thermal paste.... But is not changing anything... Asus maybe want to sell a new laptop for me hahahah .... After this if they don't come fast with a new bios update to solve the problem... I'm pretty sure, I'm not gonna buy Asus never... And also never recommend for any friends....

Yeah... Finished also the warranty.... And a lot a people have the same problem.... Hmm it's cost a lot to fix it on service... To do it home.... U need some skills and I don't recommend it's not so easy... So no warranty, to expensive to repair, external keyboard on a laptop this is not s solution....a read all the stuff from here.... Can't believe it hardware... 87° working ok 90° keys are dead... Only after updates happen this.... My laptop before update',s never goes in 90° ... it's clean, new thermal paste so...In my opinion a beautiful company accept this kind of stuff and they call back all the series with problems...after 2 years to die like this... Never again Asus...
