Hello!
I am contacting you with a problem related to the operation of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU on my ASUS TUF Gaming F15 laptop (model FX506HEB).
System specifications:
Laptop model: ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX506HEB
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU (4 GB GDDR6)
Processor: Intel Core i5-11400H
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro, version 23H2 (fully updated) Same situation on Windows 11.
BIOS: Version 311 from 08/30/2022
NVIDIA driver that works stably: 512.78
NVIDIA driver that has the problem: 581.42 and later versions and older. ANY EXCEPT 512.78 driver versions...
After installing the new NVIDIA drivers (version 581.42 and any subsequent ones), the video card starts working only at a frequency of 210 MHz, while the GPU does not raise the frequency even under load.
All games and 3D applications lag, and performance drops several times.
If I install the old driver (512.78), the video card works absolutely fine - the frequencies rise to the nominal ones (about 1400 MHz), performance is stable BUT! not all games work (games ask to update the driver)

I've already done this:
Reinstalled drivers via DDU and Safe Mode
Configured the power plan in both Windows and the NVIDIA Control Panel
Updated the BIOS and VBIOS
Uninstalled Windows

May I ask which game you were running when you received the prompt to update the driver?

Almost in all games, for example, Forza Horizon 5, Skate, Counter-Strike 2 (there was a warning that you need to update it or ignore this update, but FPS often dropped).
I also wrote to gtp in the chat, he immediately wrote to me that it could be a problem in the BIOS due to power saving.

May I ask if you could also provide screenshots of these prompts?
I will forward them to the technical team for further review.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

it`s my version bios.
maybe it`s problem in my vbios and bios?
I also found a similar laptop online and asked the seller what BIOS version it had, and he told me it had BIOS version 313.
I looked for an updated Bios on the Internet and there is no one for my laptop at all, so that's what the problem is now, but I'm not 100% sure that it could be the BIOS because I don't really understand it, but most likely it is because I have version 311 on my laptop. I will also attach a screenshot of the seller below, who has the same model as me, but he has an updated BIOS.
FX506HEB.313

This is also a screenshot from the seller of another laptop but the laptop model is the same. FX506HEB

So I found ONLY ONE DRIVER OUT OF ALL NVIDIA DRIVERS that currently works... it's 512.78, if I update the driver it will only be 210 MHz on the video card.
