Hello,

 

I recently purchased a G16 and now it's' screen is flickering when it goes to / is put to sleep. I have tried updating the graphics drivers, but it hasn't seemed to help. 

It only occurs when it the laptop is asleep and after it wakes up there isn't any residual flickering or static.

I would send this in, this may be a hardware issue.

You mentioned that you have tried updating the display driver. Have you also tried testing with the ASUS-verified display driver?

Additionally, does the same issue occur in safe mode? Thank you!
