The laptop turns off at any time during high loads such as games, programs running on game engines. And worse, this is the SECOND laptop, it was the same with the first one, but there were also problems with the SSD, which caused windows to freeze. We exchanged the product under warranty for the same one, the problem with windows went away, but the problem with shutting down during workloads remained, everything is the same... The second laptop, the problem is the same! What could be the reason for this? I've updated everything I can to the latest version, with no results. A wild failure with a defective product, or a defective model as a whole?

My problem is similar.

January 2025, my zephyrus duo 16, got random restart. I suspect when its get hot. Bring to the asus service centre and they said that was mainboard problen. They will replace it with new mainboard. I am from Indonesia and need await for 1 month then my laptop got fix in february 2025.

 

Now in early April the problems get back. Random restart when get hot 

I tried to reset windows and got stuck on booting.

 

I am desperate now. Hope Asus can be respinsible wirh their product when this problem like global defect.

 

Please refund my money if there is no fix problem, asus !
