ROG Zephyrus G16 2024 - Steam games take a long time to load and cyberpunk 2077 does not start

Hello everyone, I bought the ROG Zephyrus G16 2024 last week that comes with Intel Core I9 and Nvidia 4070 graphics card but I have seen an unusual behavior in this equipment and that is that when starting the steam games it takes approximately 15 minutes. When starting each game and when trying to start Cyberpunk, it suddenly throws a crash message. Has anyone had this happen to them and been able to solve it?

I have tried more platforms like Uplay and the games start quickly and without problems.

Have you updated your BIOS version to the latest version 319 and tested with the ASUS-certified NVIDIA display driver version V31.0.15.4624? 
Based on your description, it seems that the issue only occurs with Steam. Have you tried uninstalling Steam and reinstalling it, then configuring Steam as dGPU in the NVIDIA Control Panel? To avoid redundant steps, please let us know the troubleshooting methods you have attempted. If possible, provide further confirmation of error screens through videos or screenshots. Thank you.
