I would like to confirm if your BIOS version has been updated to the latest version 317. Please try removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 V3.1.22.0 and Armoury Crate.
While the laptop is powered off, remove all external devices, perform an EC reset by pressing and holding the power button for 40 seconds, then reconnect the power and boot up to test if there is any improvement.thank you
