ROG Zephyrus G14 - Left USB-C port stopped working

Hi, 

I have had my laptop for less than a year, and the left USB-C port has stopped working. Can someone help me, please?

Please refer to the instructions in this link and try reinstalling the USB Root Hub and USB Host Controller drivers through Device Manager. 
Additionally, while the device is powered off, remove all external devices and the power source, then press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset. After that, reconnect the power source and turn on the device to check if the issue improves. Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
