ROG Zephyrus G14 (2025) GA403WR CPU power limitation (particularly for CS2)

Hello everyone, please help me solve the problem. In G-helper, I set the settings of one technoblogger for Turbo mode, namely 90w cpu and 95w+25w(boost) gpu. I did a benchmark in CS2, the CPU is not loaded by more than 25-35%, the gpu is also mostly loaded by 50-60%, 75% point by point. I conducted a stress test of the AIDA64 and found out that when stress testing the load on the CPU alone, its consumption is 70-80 w (as configured in G-helper). But during the CPU+GPU stress test, GPU consumption was 85-95w, and the CPU did not rise above 35w (respectively, the frequency also dropped from 4.9-5.1GHz to 3.1-3.2GHz). I suspect that the same thing happens in games (CS2), the CPU is automatically limited and the GPU cannot work at full capacity either. I tested everything on my native 200w PSU, temperatures did not exceed 80-90 degrees with a cooling stand, I think thermal throttling is excluded. How can I fix this?

Since you are currently using G-Helper, which is not a tool provided by us, we recommend that you first restore all settings to their default state and uninstall G-Helper. Please reinstall and use the Armoury Crate software that we provide. After reinstalling Armoury Crate, perform CPU, GPU, and overall system tests under Turbo mode. If the power distribution between the CPU and GPU returns to normal, then the issue is caused by power limitations imposed by third-party software.

I reinstalled Windows and installed Armory Crate, the results remained the same. in the cpu+gpu tests (in turbo mode, with 100% fan speed forced), the total energy consumption limit of 130w was clearly monitored, and almost immediately after the start of the test, the cpu was reduced to 35w and the rest of the power was supplied to the gpu. I repeat that at these values (35+95w) temperatures did not rise above 80-83 (with cooling with a stand, of course), but I think this eliminates temperature throttling. Question: where are the others, at least 50-60w, from the 200w power supply included. I measured the power supply consumption during the test, and its consumption was no more than 145-150w as well. what is the essence of a "gaming laptop" if I can't comfortably play CPU-dependent games like cs2?:(

May I ask what the current BIOS version, system version, and OS build of your laptop are?
What are the settings in Armoury Crate?
Could you please provide your testing method, screenshots, and test data? Also, please follow the steps below to export the logs for our review.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Question 4: What is App Diagnostics?

Answer 4: App Diagnostics can collect Armoury Crate current status log. In Armoury Crate "Settings" and check "About" page, If clicking App Diagnostics "Record Log", the Privacy Policy Statement will pop out. Once user agreed statement, the Armoury Crate will start to collect problem log. After that, please start to duplicate the problem you have, then back to this page to click "Generate log data" to generate the log file with encrypted (ASUS log file). After log saved, user can provide it to the repair center or technical supporter for further Armoury Crate problem diagnostics.
