I have already read articles on the Internet that the BIOS comes without data on the sound hardware. The position of the company is interesting: will sound work on Linux in the future? This is not ok right now...

Unfortunately, but as the Zephyrus Duo16  laptop does not come with Linux OS pre-installed.
We are unable to make system corrections specifically for Linux . 
If you encounter any related issues, we recommend referring to the website information you provided to address the problem.

Good day! I have Zephyrus M16 2023  GU604VI with noOS. I installed new official Win11 and have the same issue. All drivers installed, but there is only tiny sound from speaker, like aplifier doesn't work. Help me troubleshoot it, please.
