ROG Strix Scar G17 (2021) Hotkeys not working

My ROG Strix Scar G17's hotkeys are not working, i have updated all the drivers, also tried uninstalling and installing the keyboard drivers, Downloaded ASUS Hotkeys app and it it running in the background and yet the keys are not working.

Please tried removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.37 and Armoury Crate to see if there is any improvement?Thank you!

No followed all the steps but still facing the same issue.

Please power off your device, remove all external devices and the power supply, then press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset. Afterward, reconnect the power supply and turn on the device to check if the issue is resolved. Thank you.

It is uncertain whether the issue is hardware-related. 

Could you please record a video demonstrating the hotkey issue so that we can further investigate? Thank you.

I had the same problem after the latest Armory Crate Control Interface update about a week ago.  Previous threads have said to hold down the power button until the computer shuts off forcing a hard shutdown.  I did not believe it would work but it did.
