ROG Strix scar 18 Dolby access shows blank video

Anyone know how to enable dolby vision from the Dolby Access app?  I installed the Dolby vision extension as needed, restarted and I can see the Dolby vision in settings but when I test any of the demo videos, it will play the sound but the picture remains black.

 

Much thanks in advance if anyone can suggest how to get this working as I am also not seeing any Dolby vision content from the Netflix app.

I would like to confirm with you whether you have downloaded and installed the HEVC Video Extensions. 
The streaming service video must support Dolby Vision in order to experience the effects of Dolby Vision.
