ROG Strix SCAR 17 G733 CPU Issue

I have a ROG Strix SCAR 17 with Ryzen 7945H cpu and RTX4080 GPU , but i having issue when i playing Black Myth Wukong , i just playing few mins then the game start stuttering and fps keep drop and back to normal
after few checking on my laptop , my Armoury Crate is setting CPU in Ultimate and in Turbo mode , there shouldn't have this issue because as this laptop confirm can running it smoothly but i have no idea why will have this issue 

after i send my laptop to Asus Service Center , and they spend 2 weeks to check and finally the technician told me and ask me not set the CPU in Ultimate mode and set to Normal  mode then i can play the game smoothly because the game is not compactible with Armoury Crate setting CPU in Ultimate 

how could it possible CPU is not allow to set into Ultimate mode to run the game and will causing CPU performance not stable ?

I would like to confirm whether this issue only occurs with Black Myth: Wukong, or do you experience similar problems in other games as well? hi, after few days testing on my laptop , 

yes , there is not only Black Myth Wukong , but the other games also will cause CPU and GPU sudden drop , and i was keep monitor about my cpu and gpu temp , all the temp is normal but issue still happen 

btw while gaming , CPU temp is around 91-94’C , GPU is only 85’C 

and all my bios or driver is up to date , bios version 334
