Could you please provide a detailed description of your issue and the context of its usage?
Would it be possible for you to record a video of the abnormal sound for us to assess? Thank you.

Hi @dreamwalker1 ,

Since it is not possible to determine the actual situation of your laptop through a video, we would like to explain to you that when an electronic device like a laptop, tablet, phone, etc. is in operation, you may occasionally hear a high-pitched noise, commonly referred to as "Coil Whine," which is not generated by the speakers or fans.
This phenomenon can occur in the design of high-power computer products and is not considered a hardware defect nor does it affect the functionality of the device. You can refer to the following link for more information.

If you still have concerns regarding this issue, we recommend that you bring your laptop to our repair center for further inspection and confirmation.
Thank you for your understanding.
