Hello everyone, I really need help with a problem. Every time I put my laptop on charge or unplug it, it switches between modes, for example, "quiet" and "efficient," everything starts to slow down significantly, and the screen also goes blank for 1-2 seconds, and then works fine. This also happens when the charge reaches 100% and the laptop is left charging, it starts switching between modes and blinking reliably every 2-5 minutes. I tried updating the BIOS to the latest version, as well as deleting Armory Create, but it doesn't help. I also tried playing with different modes, but it behaves this way in all of them. What should I do? I've been struggling with this problem since I bought it, and I only just now learned about it. You guys, the community, are my last hope 😢

A similar problem appeared on my Strix after two years. The cause was a melted power supply input (made in Spain, according to the QR code). A temporary solution was to insert a piece of cardboard. I later bought a new power supply from the marketplace.

Thanks for sharing your experience. My unit is in excellent condition. I don't think it's the problem, but I'll try replacing it for testing. If anyone has any other suggestions on how to solve the problem, please let me know. I'd be happy to hear from you 🙂

I'll add an important point: I've never had any problems with games, meaning the screen never blinked, and the laptop never switched from one mode to another without meaning.
