I recently got this laptop and ever since I got it, it randomly restarts wether I'm in a game, watching something or idle.

I'm not too sure but is "Event ID 10016" related to it???

Could you please share the exact model of your laptop with us?
Additionally, have you updated the BIOS and tested it using the ASUS-verified display driver? Thank you.
