ROG STRIX G16 - stuttering

Hello Guys, I have rog strix g16 RTX 3060 and 16GB ram. When i brought this laptop i could run every game smoothly but after almost a year i am facing stuttering/micro stuttering in every game.

My GPU usage stutters a lot like 60% then suddenly 5% and this continues
My fps also stutters like this- 400fps-20-500-20fps
i have tried vsync but still it stutters a lot.

I have also tried resetinng reseting my laptop but it didnt help.

I would like to confirm whether the stuttering issue occurs in all games or just specific ones. 

Have you updated the BIOS to the latest version 329 and used the ASUS verified graphics driver? Thank you.

Stuttering occurs in all games, even the easiest games to run also stutter.
Yes my BIOS version is updated to version 329.

If you have already reset the system and installed the ASUS-validated NVIDIA Graphic Driver Version V31.0.15.4624, please try setting the GPU to Ultimate Mode and the fan mode to Turbo Mode in Armoury Crate during gameplay. Yes i did everything and i called customer care. A person came to check laptop and he said it was heating issue so he cleaned the laptop and at that time it was not but after 2-3 days it started again.
