ROG Strix G16 laptop stuttering with every game i play

Please for the love of god help. My laptop, the ROG Strix G16 2023 edition will not stop stuttering and glitching with every game I play.. I tried using DDU and reinstalling, using Ghelper instead of armory crate and I unplugged the separate monitor I had but yet nothing is working. I have it plugged in at all times, on turbo mode at all times.. idk what I'm doing wrong. I just bought this like 2 months ago and it's pissing me off and stressing me out. It only started acting up like this a week or two ago, and I don't know if I should invest in a laptop cooler because it's not even hot to the touch. Idk what is happening

You mentioned using DDU to reinstall the display driver. Could you please share the current versions of the iGPU/dGPU drivers you have installed? Additionally, have you tried installing Armoury Crate and setting the GPU mode to "Ultimate" and the fan mode to "Turbo" during gaming to see if it improves performance?

Just to confirm, have you replaced or added any SSDs yourself? Also, does the stuttering issue occur in all games? Thank you.
