My laptop is:
ROG Strix
Processor: 13th Gen Intel i9 -13980HX, 2200Mhz, 24 Cores, 32 Logical Processors
Ram: 32GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060.
My laptop is 1 year 3 months old, this wasn't a problem a couple months back. But recently while gaming(plugged in), my laptop crashes, totally shuts down. I have noticed that this happens at very specific moments(90% of the time).
While playing Dota 2, either when the the screen transitions into the map(game starts) after we select the characters.
or, When the match is about to end.
2. Ghost of Tsushima, when after completing a missions, cutscene plays, just when cutscene ends, it crashes.
I have tried reviewing event viewer everytime it crashes, but I don't see any consistent error.
I cleaned all the vents and fans properly, and the laptop doesnt feel really hot( it has given me smooth performance even when it felt hotter). One time, I just booted my laptop into the game, it crashed on the mainscreen.
I also moved from a different country, could the voltage be the problem? But the input required by the adapter is suitable even in this country so I dont think this should be a problem.
I can provide information, but this is getting annoying. Really need some help.
laptop doesn't crash if I play dota without being plugged in.
Also idle CPU temperature is usually 65 C - 70 C, and while gaming it goes more than 90C

We would like to confirm more usage scenarios to further clarify the issue.
Could you please let us know if you have tested the display drivers verified by ASUS? Running the laptop without power may limit the operating frequency and power consumption, which could be the reason for the differences.
Please try using the ASUS-verified display driver version to see if it improves the situation, and use MyASUS to check the hardware performance of your laptop. This information is provided for your reference. Thank you.

Here are more usage scenarios, so i was playing apex legends, the laptop did not crash.
it crashes almost always during dota 2, rarely during apex, always after cutscene in tsushima. The crash only happens while gaming, not on any other type of use, even when plugged in. The crash happens at very specific moments as I mentioned earlier.
I checked the website display drivers, my laptop as driver version 32.0.15.6603, date: 15/10/2024. But the website has only
