Rog Strix G16: Internet speed drops significantly when using an external monitor

When i'm connected to an external monitor with HDMI, my internet speed drops from 1gbps to arround 5-7mbps.

I am using an ethernet cable, connected to my laptop. The issue doesn't seem to happen when using an usb RJ45 adaptor connected to one of my usb ports.

I already tried to use a different HDMI cable, reinstall the Realtek internet drivers and update my bios. Any ideas of what could be the problem?

After a while, the issue seems to have disapeared. All I did was change Pci Express Link state power management in my power plan options from maximum power savings to off.

I also tried to confirm that this setting solved my problem by changing it to maximum power savings again and reboot, but the issue didn't come back.

I will wait for a day and, if the issue does not come back, I will edit this reply to update you guys.

Update: the issue came back after turning on my computer in the next day. I really don't know what to do at this point.

Yes, it occurs both in AC and DC mode.

Also, the issue seems to disappear and reappear randomly when I boot my computer.
