ROG strix g16 g614jvr screen static

My rog strix g16 gets really bad screen static towards the bottom of the screen when i open a game while plugged in using integrated graphics i have tested this in bios and it does not happen in bios i did use the drivers that came on the website i did reinstall windows i do use the provided charger i also experience lag spikes when playing games on the nvidia gpu but i think i just need to upgrade my ram but i never experienced lag spikes back then and i did a clean install of windows and that didn't seem to fix the issue
