Recently bought a G16 5080 laptop from Amazon and have been experiencing issues. When changing settings inside the Nvidia control panel/app and in Window's app settings to strictly use the dGPU, every time, around several minutes into playing Armored Core VI, I get a black screen and the game and computer crashes. What's also weird is that even though I set the laptop up to use the dGPU, I get a notification when booting to desktop saying Nvidia Optimus in enabled even though it's not in settings. Changing a setting in BIOS to just use the dGPU still causes the same problems, minus the Optimus notification I think. I'm guessing this is a driver issue and there's nothing I can do. Anyone else had this problem and was able to make selecting to use only the dGPU work?
