ROG Strix G16 (2024) Model: G614J - internal speakers not working

Hello,

I am having issues getting the internal speakers of my laptop to work. I recently bought it (last week) and works fine, except that I cannot hear anything.
If I attach a headset, the sound comes out fine. Also, when I boot the computer, the speakers make the boot up noise, so it isn't a hardware problem.

I have uninstalled an re-installed the Realtek Audio drivers multiple times and still nothing.

Any help would be very much appreciated

Please try booting into Safe Mode to check if the speakers work normally there. 

If they do work in Safe Mode, we recommend performing a Cloud Recovery to reinstall your system and see if the issue improves. Thank you.
