ROG Strix 16 2025 aura and fan button not working properly

My ROG strix laptop's aura and fan button is not working properly. When I press aura button, it does not switch lighting mode. Also for fan button, it does not respond anything too.

May I ask for the full model of the laptop you are using?
[Windows 11/10] How to check the model name and BIOS version
It is recommend trying to uninstall Armoury Crate and then reinstall it to see if this resolves the issue.
